Mr. Shyam Sunder Lal was the founder of Management and Productivity Consultancy Services – MAPS. Mr. Lal is a veteran and admired HR Leader who had worked at Senior HR leadership roles in leading companies like IBM, Siemens, Philips, Tata Unisys, Blue Star Limited.
Mr. Lal is also one of the Co-founders of HR Infotech Association – HRIA.
As per Mr. Lal year 1991 was water shed year for many ways. Firstly, government initiated reforms in the Economy and secondly Software Industry emerged in a big way and Talent Acquisition and Retention of employees were Prime needs for this Industry. MAP Consultancy Services was one of the very few to support the Industry in People related aspects and designing HR strategy aligning to the business strategy of the company. Over three decades it has served to leading corporate houses and closely worked with CHROs/ CEOs/ CXOs.

Over the period of last 30 years, Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi held several Global HR Leadership roles and before taking over the top role at MAPS, Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi was heading HR Function of ESDS Software Solutions Limited as its Group CHRO. Prior to that, almost for two decades, Dr. Dwivedi led Global HR Team at Datamatics Group of Companies as its Global President – HR & CSR. He also served Financial Technologies Group as its Group HR Head. Dr. Dwivedi served on the Boards of Datamatics Staffing Services Limited and was Director of one of the top Management Institute. Further Dr. CMD is on the core team of the World HRD Congress and on the company's board of directors.
Beyond Corporate Life, Dr. Dwivedi has been the President of the World Education Congress and was recognized and honored by many leading academics and professionals across the country for his outstanding contribution in the field of education. He has been nominated as a member of BHU-Varanasi Business Council and Hon. Professor of HRM of Birla Global University. Dr. Dwivedi is visiting professor at many management institutes from Mumbai University, IIT-SOM, BHU, IIMM, ISB & M, Indira Group, Aditya Institute etc.
Dr. Dwivedi holds a PhD in Management Sciences and is a trained lead accessor to SEI - PCMM - an HR Maturity and Capability Assessment Model - developed by Carnegie Mellon University-USA.
Dr. Dwivedi was the President of the HR Infotech Association, GC Member and Advisory Board, as well as the President and Board Member of the Rotary Club of the Leading Rotary under Rotary International District. 3140. The Rotary District Governor honored him with the Outstanding Leadership and Outstanding Presidential Award.
Dr. Dwivedi is the recipient of various prestigious awards. To name a few: "Young Scientist Award", "Outstanding and Valuable Contribution", "Outstanding Performance Award", "Exemplary Leadership Award", "Special Team Leadership Award" and Group Quality Award from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India for the business of group companies.

During his 20 years plus learning experience, Pravin executed various HR roles at different levels in organizations of repute & across sectors of Manufacturing, Telecom, Infrastructure, Retail, IT-ITES & NBFC. Specialist of employee compensation & benefits practices, Pravin has vast experience in employee compensation & compliance practices across APAC, Europe, Middle East, Africa & US.
Before MAPS, Pravin was heading Global HR Ops Functions at Reliance Communications. Prior to that Pravin held various HR roles at Datamatics Technologies, TATA Communications, Reliance Retail, Mumbai SEZ, BIPICO. Pravin was one of the key team members involved in India’s largest de-merger of the then existing Reliance group.
A certified SAP professional, Pravin holds operational expertise in multiple HRIS/ERPs like SAP-HCM, PeopleSoft, ADP, RAMCO and many more.
